About Sue
I began my Real Estate Career in 1988, as a top producing sales agent and recipient of the Rookie of the Year Award. I have been a longtime member of the Fox and Roach family since 1996 and have been managing the Chestnut Hill Office since 2007.
The Chestnut Hill Office has been part of the fabric of Chestnut Hill for more than 5 decades. The office is strategically placed in the center of town with charming, walkable shops and restaurants. I love the diversity and the different personalities that creates a very collaborative environment.
My style of coaching is one of a solution-oriented,creative thinking. I have a very approachable hands-on management style. I see my role as a Mentor to help the agents refine their negotiating and strategizing skills by tapping into their strengths.
I also like to share my experiences and revenue producing ideas with the agents, while encouraging them to step out of the box and develope a creative style of their own.
